My research background at my home university was already in perovskite materials, primarily using the spin-coating method for thin film preparation. During my time at the University of Tsukuba through the CA6 program, I expanded my skills by learning the ligand-assisted precipitation method, which is mainly used for synthesizing perovskite nanocrystals. This new technique allowed me to approach material fabrication from a different perspective and deepened my understanding of nanostructured perovskites.
Beyond the lab, what enriched my experience most was the interaction with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. These exchanges were not only academically stimulating but also opened a window to different ways of life, improving my English while deepening my understanding of various cultures. The open and free atmosphere of Tsukuba University left a particularly strong impression on me.
I believe this cross-disciplinary and multicultural experience will significantly influence my future career. I plan to integrate perovskite research with my background in integrated circuits, exploring applications in flexible electronics and photovoltaics. I am grateful to CA6 and Tsukuba University for this inspiring opportunity.
